    Hello

I have a strange problem. I have borrowed a computer to a friend that has windows10 freshly installed and an offline account without a password so he could choose one later.

I only once logged in on my microsoft account on this computer via office online.

Now when I wanted to log in to windows at my home computerwith microsoft account my username was changed to my friends when he changed the offline name? I can't even lock the borrowed computer and is it just because it's an offline account?

How could my friend be able to change my Microsoft username without access to my password?

Also. Later I changed my microsoft password for security, but can still log in to my other computers same microsoft account with the old password, pin and finger and get access to my mail for example. This without being asked for the new password.

Have I missed something, because this does not feel secure at all?

Shouldn't all the devices and mail be logged out by default upon changing the password as, if I remember correctly, apple does?

    Best regards, Martin

    :)

    Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:
    1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
    2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

Strange Windows 10 User Account issue.

Unfortunately I had done those steps numerous reboots, it just, reappears for no good reason. The base account isn't even a Microsoft account, it's a local account.

I haven't quite tried the built in administrator account on W10, but so far in my experience on my own computer, the built in account seemed to have absolutely no more control than I did on my own.

It's just strange, I go in, it warns me twice about deleting the account, then it's gone. Reboot, and it's back?

EDIT: Just to specify, both command line and Netplwiz both say only HIS account exists on the computer, it doesn't list this rogue account. This is what I meant in my first post about the fact that even Windows doesn't seem to believe it exists, HALF the time. *Frown About windows account security :(

    Vista Security ANOYANCE!

Go to user accounts and family saftey, then user accounts, then at the bottom of that list will to turn user account control on and off. Select and turn off. Then go to security center and select change the way windows notifys me on the side. Then you can change it so the balloon doesn't pop up.
