Windows 10: About Windows Defender on Windows 11

Hello. I've noticed that my partner's Windows Defender doesn't quite work as expected. You see, it cannot enable real-time protection and options below in the same tab. When he presses the slider, then he returns. The computer was checked with another antivirus for threats and found nothing. In general, Windows Defender behaves strangely. It can't finish a simple scan not full at some point it stops at the same time in my case it's 12 seconds when it scanned over 40000 files and doesn't move forward. My partner tried restarting the computer, but that didn't help. He noticed that Windows 11

Microsoft has released the final version of its Windows Defender anti-spyware utility. Windows Defender is a product of the Microsoft acquisition of GIANT Software. windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

According to Windows Defender DDU has Malware in it.

Add DDU to the exclusion list either from there or the settings for Defender. Then you'll be fine. I've used DDU for years, and as-long-as you downloaded it from a reputable source you should be fine. If they offer MD5 hash checks that might be worth doing to make sure though if you're concerned your version is malicious.
