Windows 10: About Wusa.exe problems

I had been playing Roblox in Wins 7 Ultimate copyright in 2009 Microsoft Corporation. But suddenly, that game had updated and allowed us to install "pack" KB4534310, and when I install the "pack" just like it. It said that Installer encountered an error: 0x800b0109 and Windows Update Standalone Installer information that "Only one instance of wusa.exe is allowed to run. Then the problems had just started after that, I had searched almost every solutions and how to fixing the wusa.exe, from download Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable x86 to achieve certificate to fix the "Installer en

when the wusa cmd did not work,. I when to the window update screen and found the update in the list --- I selected the uninstall but the process failed -- I am looking at alternatives

I am trying to uninstall an update, so I used the command line stand-along-installer like this '

wusa /uninstall /KB5003791'

the only output I got was if I issued

wusa /?

what did I miss here? does wusa have to run as adminstrator?

Run the command prompt as administrator.

systeminfo.exe

Hit enter then wait for it to load.

If your seeing the kb you want to uninstall proceed on the command with small letters.

wusa /uninstall /kb5003791
