  1. Absolutely nothing using around 40% of RAM

Could anyone help me? I've noticed that my notebook has been using 40% out of 8GB of RAM for apparently no reason. I suspect it is because of the many service host instances, but I've read they were harmless by the design. How can I fix this? Thanks.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

  3. To RAM or not to RAM...

Hey genesis what hardware have you bought, you might be able to save on the ram and step up the rest of the hardware a little...

Or you could go out on the town as suggested... *Big Grin Absolutely nothing using around 40% of RAM :D

Why exactly is ATi considered be better at HDMI?

I plug my HDMI cable into the card, then into my TV. Those are the steps that I have to do. All the steps you list make absolutely no sense to me.
