    Hi everyone. I have had this problem since coming to college last year. I am going to give as much information as I know how to give. This may be a long post. Since coming to campus last year, I have had a persistent issue with my Dell Vostro that prevents me from accessing any of my classes on Canvas, it prevents me from seeing my personal information through my university account, and it prevents me from using Outlook for my university. This year makes the laptop only 1 whole year old. Every function not related to accessing websites for my university works the way it was intended to, with p
