Windows 10: absolutely wont reset

    getting ready to sell my computer and it absolutely wont reset keeps telling me we ran into a problem no changes were made


    also wont let me run windows 10 repair or clean install both from USB


    im stuck

    Why exactly is ATi considered be better at HDMI?

    I plug my HDMI cable into the card, then into my TV. Those are the steps that I have to do. All the steps you list make absolutely no sense to me.

    PC shut down, wont turn back on

    The fan twitch is it powering up and then the psu is noteing a short and cutting out hence why it wont do it again straight after until it's reset, something is blown or shorted out so you need to do as someone suggested and split the pc out then, on a table build the minimum up as he said and step by step see what's happening.

    Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it
