Windows 10: abt billing & can't find in subscription

Hi,I was doing back up for my PC and it didn't complete due to insufficient cloud storage so offered to me buy extra storage 50 gb I guess so I clicked to pay and entered my credit card info then back up finished. I believe it is from Microsoft. It is visible as "Microsoft*Store msbill.info 5816" in the statement. However, I can't find this transaction anywhere. Not in my subscription or other.This is a business PC and I need to share the bill for the payment. It is an urgent issue for me and we need to solve this: I couldn't reach via link that you shared with me. How can reach direct

Information about a recent change in billing for Office 365 monthly subscriptions

Recently, Microsoft made your monthly subscription billing and renewal date the same. Now your monthly subscription will be billed on the same day it renews.

Previously, you were billed on the same day each month - even if your subscription renewed days or weeks earlier. These different dates led to a lot of customer confusion, especially around cancellation and when you would get your final charge.

You may get billed sooner than expected

Before this change occurred, our systems waited to bill you days or weeks after your subscription renewed each month. Now your billing and renewal date are the same, and you could see a one-time sooner-than-expected charge for your next renewal. Please understand that we haven’t charged you twice for the same month. Going forward, you’ll only be billed on the renewal date each month.

Why are we making this change?

With this change, there will be no more confusion between when you are billed vs. when your subscription renews. If for some reason you cancel your subscription, and decide to purchase again in the future, you can choose which day you get billed for your monthly subscription by purchasing it on the desired date.

We hope these changes make it easier to understand your monthly billing charges for our products and services. Thank you for being a loyal Microsoft customer!

Cancelling monthly billing subscription

Please review my account.

On 12/29/19 I purchased personal 1 YEAR SMCSFT Software bundled and installed it three weeks ago.

I have no way of knowing which of my subscription I'm on.

The one where my son is being billed $11 something on his credit card or the purchase I made on 12/29/19.

$11 Billing remains on my sons c/card and I'd like this to stop and cancel the monthly billing subscription.

I'd like to replace the $11 monthly billing to the purchased 1 year bundle.
