    Accent colors not working properly in Windows 11, please help!


    For some reason the option to show accent colors on start and taskbar is greyed out when I'm using Light mode, only when I change to dark mode am I able to toggle it on or off. But even when I do change the accent color it doesn't affect the explorer tab at all as it's still the base color.I would show some images of what I'm talking about but for some reason this forum is not letting me. Hopefully you understand what I'm talking about.

    accent color

    The accent color (primarily the red shades) are missing in window 10 and do not know why. Any suggestion how to get the original window 10 accent colors back? Thank you.

    I have all the colors listed above. The shade of red is missing from above accent colors and is also missing from mine. I used to have the shade of red and like to get it back. I like to know how to update the driver of accent color in window 10.

    This is currently a bug.

    I often have to go back to accent colors, select a different color, and select my color again to refresh it to show.

    Content on the above blog is written by a Windows MVP so it is safe. However, do watch out for the ads.
