Windows 10: Access denied for c drive

Right-click on the C drive and select Properties> Security> Advanced>change >Advanced > Find immediately.Every time when I click to change option the pop up window will get stuck nothing work, not cancel option, not ok option, not even close window option from task manager don't work.Then I have to restart my pc. This process repeat and repeat everytime when ever I tried to change.I tried my option like disk cleanup, restorehealth and many more options on cmd.Even I am unable to use CMD as administrator same problem occurs.Windows can't access C:\windows\system32\cmd.exeCheck

Access to C drive is denied, Cannot take ownership, right clicking on it freezes the laptop for 15 sec and access denied message pops up
