Windows 10: Access denied to altering folder even though I have ALL permissions

I am unable to create, delete, paste, or move anything to or involving the "skin_packs" folder. C: > Program Files > WindowsApps > Microsoft.MinecraftUWP_1.18.2.0_x86__8wekyb3d8bbwe > data > skin_packs I am aware that the "WindowsApps" folder is restricted because tampering with some of the contents can be dangerous, but I have bypassed those restrictions and I assure you I won't be messing with any important files that damage my pc. In the "skin_packs" folder I have went to Properties > Security > Edit > and gave permissions to my user and ALL other users. Users that

To provide user/s an access to folders, see the steps below on how to do so:

• Right-click on the folder > Security.
• Under the Group or user names option, click on the username that you want to have an access to the folder; then, click on Edit.
• It will show you the page of permissions which you can allow or deny.
• Choose your desired permissions and click on OK.
