Windows 10: Access denied trying to enable BitLocker

I've configured Endpoint Manager to enable BitLocker on our Windows 10 PCs, but it's not working. When I look in the Task Scheduler under Microsoft > Windows > BitLocker, there is a task called BitLocker MDM policy Refresh that is failing with the message 'Access is denied 0x8007005'. I'm assuming this task needs to run to enable BitLocker. Any ideas on how to fix this?

LAPTOP is not accessible ..... Access is denied.

I am trying to share a folder on a LAPTOP. I have other a number of other systems that have folders Shared and they work fine, but with this one I get the error "LAPTOP is not accessible ..... Access is denied." when I try to access it from a different Win10 system. So I went thru the entire "How to Share Files and Folders Over a Network in Windows 10" tutorial step by step. File and Print Sharing is enabled, SMB1.0 client & server are running, and Everyone has Full Access to the Share. Still get the error. I have tried it with the Network Public and Private, with the same result. Any suggestions ?

Bitlocker - Access Denied Error

Have a small home server/pc running windows 10 Pro 64 Bit. Recently added a tmp module so I could setup bitlocker. Installed the tmp module and setup bitlocker on my C drive - 250gb SSD - main drive. I have a D drive which is another 250gb SSD that stores
all my personal files. The C drive is setup with bitlocker now but when I try to turn on bitlocker on my I get "access is denied". Both drives are sata drives running in ahci mode. Can't figure out why I get access denied when trying to setup bitlocker,
I can access the drive all the files on it just fine.
