Windows 10: Access denied when connecting to microsoft.com

Hi, I had this problem said access denied when I tried to connect to www.microsoft.com. I have tried to contact my router company see if I got blocked by them but they said no. I have also tried clean all the caches and everything I saved on all of my browsers (IE Edge, Chrome and Firefox). I found that my cell phones, ipads and my laptops cannot connect to microsoft.com is well. I searched online and I tried solutions from https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_10-networking/access-denied-error-using-microsoft-edge-to-access/483b8d76-60bb-4ed6-aa01-3494f8a0d67e and I still cannot connect to microsoft.com. Please help!

Access Denied You don't have permission to access "http://www.microsoft.com/" on this server.

Access denied

Whenever I connect any pendrive or hard disk it says access denied for pen drive I googled got the solution for pendrive but I need to follow the steps everytime I connect give me the permanent solution and steps for hard drive access denied

After following the steps suggested, I get the message "Access denied" in command prompt.

Please advise how to allow permission.
