Windows 10: Access denied when trying to install a network printer from our printserver

Hi,when trying to install a printer from our printserver and windows wants to install the driver we get a UAC prompt but when entering the local admins credentials me and my colleagues get "Couldn't connect printer. Access denied.". Installing the correct driver manually and then adding the printer works fine. Normally I'd say this is pretty straight forward but as far as I can tell from looking at the MMC everyone has permission to read and execute the driver.We have also considered that our antivirus could be the problem but we don't get any alerts there.Looking at the eventviewer the only a

Can't Access networked Brother Laser printer- To print or use Web I/f

Not all Printer drivers are included in the installation media. Even mine (Brother HL-4040CN), you would need to manually add it to the list:

1. Control Panel->Devices and Printers->Add a Printer
2. Follow the steps to set up a network printer. At one point, Windows will search for available printer, click on "The printer that I want isn't listed"
3. Click on "Windows Updates". Windows will start downloading a complete list of Printers.
4. Select your printer name & model then install.

EDIT: Just tried to install as a USB printer for MFC-7820N since I don't have this printer to set up as a network printer. The result as shown in the list after clicking on "Windows Update":

It can be networked through the computer through control panel settings<view installed printers<your printer< share this printer I think is simple way someone else correct me if I'm wrong. Once you do that try connecting on your other comps by adding printer over network.
