Windows 10: access to the account is blocked and I cannot confirm that the account is mine I can, but...

Hi! I'm a beginner, so I might have incorrectly specified the section for posting the question, I'm sorry. My main account was hacked, after which it was blocked, and now I can't log in to it.I am asked to enter a phone number, but I cannot confirm with an SMS code - I get an error stating that this method is currently unavailable. I tried to restore access using the form, but I keep getting a response saying that there is too little data!Are there any other ways to restore access to my account? Maybe an email code? Contact support, where will the PERSON be? Should I call somewhere, if possi

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

 

Email account is not Mine

There are no other accounts shown in the mail app except mine. However, when I add mine and try to sync, my daughters inbox is displayed not mine.

• I have removed and added my gmail multiple times.
• My gmail is the only option available to add; (I have attached a screenshot with my email account blocked)
  
  
• I think I need to delete my email account from Outlook.com but I do not know how as I don't see that option
• When I sign into outlook.com and enter my gmail account and password, my daughters inbox is displayed; it wants to import her gmail account.

 

Strange Windows 10 User Account issue.

Unfortunately I had done those steps numerous reboots, it just, reappears for no good reason. The base account isn't even a Microsoft account, it's a local account.

I haven't quite tried the built in administrator account on W10, but so far in my experience on my own computer, the built in account seemed to have absolutely no more control than I did on my own.

It's just strange, I go in, it warns me twice about deleting the account, then it's gone. Reboot, and it's back?

EDIT: Just to specify, both command line and Netplwiz both say only HIS account exists on the computer, it doesn't list this rogue account. This is what I meant in my first post about the fact that even Windows doesn't seem to believe it exists, HALF the time. *Frown
