Windows 10: Access violation error after updating to W11 24H2 -- had to roll back

After updating to Windows 11 24H2, a critical but old and I think unsupported program I used would not run immediately produces "access violation" error.QCollector Expert: Access violation at address 009BF632 in module 'QCollectorXE.exe'. Read of address C3FDB8CC.I immediately rolled back to the older version of Windows 11 and the program worked correctly as usual again.I have a few questions -- I would be grateful if someone could help out:1 Is it possible to refuse indefinitely the update to 24H2? I heard the update will be forced later this year to all users.2 Will a newer version

Could the update from 22h2 to 24h2 be problematic?

We have a customer who currently has the W11 22h2 in operation and would like to suspend 23h2 in order to switch to 24h2 in 2025. What is Microsoft's recommendation in this regard? Could the update from 22h2 to 24h2 be problematic?
