    Hi Team,I have a query related to Narrator behavior. When we have multiple groupings Narrator is reading only inner group.Attached sample screenshot of NVDA for reference. Here "Physical Address" and "Mailing Address " are 2 groupings, but Narrator is reading only inner grouping i.e. "Mailing Address".Can you pls let me know if this is default behavior of Narrator

    Are there any other voices for Narrator in the Ease of Access in Windows 10?

    Hello Brenda,

    I would suggest you to refer to the below steps to turn off narrator.


    • Type ease of access in the search bar and press enter

    • Click on Narrator and turn off

    I was able to resolve the issue using the steps outlined in the following forum. The short of it is to disable group text, restart, reenable group text. I still had to delete the problematic group conversations that exhibited the issue with me listed as
    a recipient.

    My Groups in Outlook.

    Can't help you with getting rid of it. But I just figured out this groups is what Distributions list used to be. I work many different projects so have multiple distribution list or groups now I find it easier than scrolling through contacts list to find the right distribution list.
