Windows 10: Accessing MS Excel off line.

I purchased a new laptop last week. It has MS Office 365 on it but I purchased and installed the Family option for up to 6 people. It is said it included Premium Word, Excel, etc. When I used Excel for the first time, yesterday, I had to sign in to get started. So I did and created a spreadsheet and saved it on my onboard HD. Today I am in an area without wifi. I am trying to use Excel again to input new data. However, it asks me to sign in again as it did yesterday and won't let me make changes to my spreadsheet until I sign in again. Can I not use this off line? This will be problemati

MS Excel won't open in Windows 10

I have just recently upgraded from Windows 7 Pro to Windows 10. Now I have found that MS Excel won't open at all. I have read other suggestions and solutions posted in the Microsoft Community - and the one thing seems to stick out is that nobody actually
knows definitely how to fix the problem. Sure, I have followed several suggestions - but they all seem to be educated guesses rather than actual step by step instructions to address the issue. I would like to think that the techs at Microsoft would have fixed
this one before releasing Win 10 -after all - this is a huge problem. MS Excel is one of the most important apps in the business world today - yet it fails to perform in the latest operating system. I have had to go back to Windows 7 - and that is where I
will stay. I need to know that MS Excel will open
every time - not just hope it will open some time in the future.

Tread carefully, Microsoft. There are a lot of IT people here who don't think that Windows 10 is the God of all operating systems. And major glitches like this confirm their suspicions. Mac OS and Linux are happily taking in dis satisfied ex-MS Windows users.
Windows 10 could be a brilliant OS - if only you would "get it right" first.

 

How to set value of height or width of cell precisely? - ms excel Office 365

I'm going to make labels for pasting in MS Excel Microsoft Business 365. I have version 1903 (compilation 11425.20228). But they should made precisely and perfectly.

1. Now when I begin editing the height of cell in MS Excel I set the value on 15,3. Then I click OK the value is set on 15,5.
   
2. When I set the value on 15,333 then is set on 15,25.
   
3. When I write the value on 15,22222 is set on 15,25.
   

The same applies with setting width of cell. I have no clue how to deal with or solve it.

Can someone suggest me that how to do it?
