Windows 10: accessing past support messages

Hi,

I had an issue with my PC with the shutdown button in the start menu not working. After being on a support message with Microsoft, the issue was resolved. However, it has happened again. Is there a way of me being able to see these past messages so that I can resolve the issue.


Or, find the commands used to solve the issue in the first place. I was not sure on what category to put this under, so I chose my original help category, in case seine can help with finding the solution again.

AMD FX OC'ers Club

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

 

B3 Phenom support

I checked gigabyte's site on my GA-M57 and it didn't say anything about b3 stepping update, but all of the x3 chips are b3 steppings, so just use the x3 support bios if available.

 

Best thermal paste

Most decent thermal paste is about all the same (1-2 degree difference). Without knowing the two listed, (I use MX-2), I would suggest going with the one that is non-conductive.
