    Accessing Volume license software on portal.


    Hi I am trying to access our companies Volume licensed software on portal.office.com. My manager sent me a link, but as soon as I follow the link, I am presented with this error:This is what I should see on the link that I was sent:This is the screen that I see when I click on the product link on the side bar on the website:I have the roles of Global Administrator, Intune Administrator and Billing Administrator associated with my username, but it looks like those roles are insufficient to access the Volume Software page. What am I missing?

    Volume licensing portal - page failure

    Could you please fix the Volume license portal, the page and subpages does not work. I am not able to download any software, view licenses, porduct kezs etc.
