Windows 10: Accidental Reset

Due to inattention I accidently 'Reset' my PC instead of 'Restore'. I now have lost my files, I did retry to 'Restore' again but nothing happened. Any suggestions or is this mistake beyond help. Would appreciate help. Running 'Window's 10, email was 'Live'.

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it

Hi,

I'd accidentally added few words to the dictionary, they are all incorrect spelling. How to I delete these words that I added accidentally, or reset the suggestion dictionary all together.

I'm using windows 10 mobile.

I think there are three steps that remain; the WU troubleshooter, reset WU components, and manual WU reset.
