Windows 10: Accidentally changed windows Home to Enterprise

Like many before me, my Windows Home somehow got updated to Windows Enterprise requires activation. Now I have two problems. The reason I tried to upgrade was because I purchased a Windows pro license upgrade which failed to install from the web page.

My order:

Microsoft Store Your Microsoft order #9129982793 Tue 2/02 69 KB

So 1 how do I get my Windows Pro and it's product key.

and 2 Do I need to revert to Windows home before I get my upgrade. I'm about to create a USB for a clean install.


And by the way, this is adding hours to the already arduous task of swapping my work laptops over. Isn't it about time someone fixed this problem once and for all.





I'm using a new Surface Book 32G, 1T SSD.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
