    Accidentally closed task manager tab now wifi or sound won't work


    Hey, I removed a tab from task manager and now my WiFi and sound won't work. I rebooted my computer 2-5 times and it still won't work, has anybody got solutions? Bluetooth works but WiFi and sound don't, does anybody know anything I can re-open or restart maybe in the services tab or anything that can help??So far i have tried : - running 3-4 commands in cmd prompt I ran the sfc /scannow command and it said it didn't find any security violations - I tried to fix the hard drive which took 2-4 hours to do and still didn't fix it - I restarted the computer 4 times - reset the WiFi / sound

    Task Manager - Startup tab

    Actually, I like your suggestion as a first step.

    Unchecking the wrong thing in Autoruns can brick a system.

    When you open the Task Manager, it usually (by default) is open on the Applications tab OR on whatever tab it was left at last; it sounds like yours is on Services. If so, try changing back to the Applications tab, then close and reopen, see which tab you're
