Windows 10: Accidentally corrupted my C: drive

    Accidentally corrupted my C: drive


    Hey, so I was trying to install Linux KDE Neon alongside Windows. I tried it once with guided partitioning, and it worked, but I didn't have much space for Windows. So, I deleted the Linux partitions, and reinstalled. For some unknown reason, the guided partitioning options disappeared, so I did the partitioning myself. I resized the Windows partition to make it smaller, and Created an emply partition for Linux. I reboot my PC, and Windows tries to "fix" it. It said it couldn't and gave me the option to turn off my PC or go to advanced startup. I went into advanced startup, launched a terminal, and used CHKDSK. it said it doesn't support RAW drives. So I think I corrupted C:/ by resizing it. However, I managed to boot into the Linux installation. So, I have access to Windows Advanced Startup, I have a 64GB USB drive to use, a separate computers, and a Linux installation. How can I fix C:/ without losing any data? I have a bunch of games and stuff that I don't want to lose.

    C drive marked as active accidentally.

    I accidentally marked c drive as active through disk management in windows 10 and now the bios is saying no operating system is found. Please help!
