Windows 10: Accidentally deleted a user folder and all its contents - now experiencing a wide range of...

A user folder was permanently deleted from my computer. I am now experiencing problems with several programs. Most importantly, all my saved browser passwords are gone, and my many games will not launch as they are not auto-generating save folders. It was not my main user folder, it was leftover. I didn't have any restore points saved/set up. How to I move forward from here? Is there some kind of utility that can tell me what's missing/broken?I just want this computer to work. Thank you for any help.

Accidentally Deleted Some Folders

Yesterday I was cleaning my PC and I accidentally deleted two folders (named "NVIDIA" and "NVIDIA Corporation") in C:\ProgramData. To my knowledge this two folders only contain non important stuff like logs, etc. Later on I have found out my Program Settings in NV Control panel were set to default. This is no big deal, but now I'm worrying I fu***d something up. Otherwise, everything works as it should --> no overheating, BSODs, games are working normally...

I just want to know what I deleted. Were those two folders important???

Trouble deleting a folder

Thanks for the suggestion but it says "delete folder failed for E:\....." for each folder I try.
