Windows 10: Accidentally deleted all the system 32 files in windows 10

Help I accidentally deleted all the Windows system 32 files now my pc won't boot into The windows it just says my pc needs to be repaired \windows\system32\winload.exeError code 0x000000f Luckily It has a dualbooted windows version with the same edition And I was able to enter cmd Now which command should I enter to recover the files

About drive letter X: - you are in Windows Repair Mode. Drive X: is a virtual drive that disappears the moment you leave this mode.

Step 3: Also, I suggest you to install all the pending updates on Windows 10.

• Connect to the internet.
• Press Windows key and type
  updates.

• Under Windows Updates, click on
  Check for updates.
• Try to install the updates being shown.
