I DO NOT WANT WINDOWS 11 HOW DO I CANCEL THIS UPDATE BEFORE IT PUTS ME INTO A BUGGY AND TERRIBLE OS VERSION

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Hard drive/ OS issue

MS waiting for a restart to finish installing Feature update 1803 - for a 2nd time. This, I positively do not want! How can I stop it at this late stage. I'm frightened that I will accidentally strike 'Restart' instead of 'Shut Down' and the whole thing
will start again.
