Windows 10: Accidentally queued July 26 KB5028254 Preview update

Once I realized it wasn't a normal update I'd reflexively clicked download when I checked for updates I scheduled it to install 4 days from now, giving me time to figure out how to tell it to stop.I restarted normally for gaming reasons, purposely avoiding clicking any update options - so it immediately forced the update, obviously. Upon reboot it was obvious that my screen's color/brightness was completely borked - and I discovered that HDR automatically turns itself off the instant that I try to use it, and obviously I'm not allowed to uninstall the update - and obviously system restore is

Build 22621.2070 (KB5028254) has been released for all users in 26th of July and it's available via Windows Update.

I installed this new update KB5028254 on 7/28/23 and have had NO problems to report.

• the above update is downloaded and tried to install in my hp pavilion laptop.
  
• the update is successfully downloaded while installing it is throwing an error says that error "Install error - 0x800f081f".
  
• how tp rectify it..
