Windows 10: Accidentally removed people tag in Microsoft Photos Windows 10 - How to get it back?

Hi there,


as the subject says, I removed a "people tag" from one picture, belonging to one person -- how can I get to have it assigned again to that same person? And just in case, how could I assign it to a different person in case MS Photos got it wrong?

People tagging in Photo Preview app

Please note that tagging in Photos app is based on Artificial intelligence (AI) which means once you tag a person it should search for similar faces and tag them in all the Pictures and also create a contact in people’s app. Just make sure that
you are signed in with your Microsoft account using which you tagged the people earlier. AI should take some time, however the tags should appear if it was signed to your Microsoft account.



So to have a better understanding of the issue, please write back with the following information:

1. 1. Are you signed in using the same Microsoft account on both the devices?
      
   2. Which version of Windows is installed on your device?
      
   3. Which version of photos app is installed on your device?

Tagging People in Windows 10 Photos app

Is it possible to tag people in photos using Microsoft Photos on Windows 10 platform? (I know you can tag generic info to the photo, but can you tag specific people?)

AND, if not, is there an app that will do this?

I loved the old MS Photo Gallery and am sad that Photos does not appear to work the same way.
