Windows 10: Accidentally shut off laptop mid update

Hi, I was updating my Lenovo laptop and shut it off mid way updating accidentally. It was stuck on a boot loop so watched a YouTube video that asked my to change it from UEFI to legacy boot. I did that and now my laptop is stuck on a loop asking for my recovery key and then directing me to the options page as seen below. I have tried everything. I put it back into UEFI, I tried to system restore there was nothing to restore to I tried windows roll back. I tried the start help thing. Nothing works it just takes me back to the recovery key page. Someone please help I need my data. Thank you in

Laptop won't shut down

Most of the time, the issue regarding a device that won't shut down properly may be caused by a system conflict after an update or that there are some incompatibility issues. To assist you with this concern, we recommend that you run the troubleshooter.
To do this, kindly follow the steps listed below:

• Type troubleshooting in the Search bar and press
  Enter.
  
• Click on View all on the left-side of the page.
  
• Click on each category below then follow the on-screen prompt to run the troubleshooter:
  

• Background Intelligent Transfer Service
  
• Hardware and Devices
  
• Power
  
• Windows Update

Note: Make sure that you restart your PC after running the troubleshooter for each category.

Accidentally shut down my laptop during windows 10 update

Accidentally shut down my laptop during windows 10 update now it does not boot saying no bootable device. Checked from BIOS does not recognize hard disk. Using a windows 10 bootable USB it shows the device is encrypted. No clue how to proceed. Machine
Yoga 2 pro.
