Windows 10: Accidentally uninstalled bluetooth driver, now not showing up at all Dell XPS 13 9380

I've been trying to fix this for two hours but nothing seems to work! I accidentally uninstalled my bluetooth in Device Manager now no matter what I cant toggle my bluetooth on/off as there is no toggle and when I open bluetooth settings it immediately says I couldn't connect. It also doesn't show up in task manager. In Device Manager Qualcomm has a yellow exclamation mark and under properties states "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. Code 43"

I've scoured the internet and tried the following:

update driver in device manager, disable and enable driver, scan for hardware changes in device manager,

ran all tests on SupportAssist and updated everything including BIOS,

reset my computer and kept files,

did Windows troubleshooting for bluetooth and it found that it had to reinstall the drivers, even though it says it was successful still didn't work because I got an error message saying "Check Bluetooth Radio Status"

Don't know what else to do? Any suggestions?

Dell XPS 13 lost Bluetooth after Dell update

Hi all,

Sorry for this being my first post, but I've run into a Bluetooth problem and cannot seem to get past it.

I've got a Dell XPS 13 9333 (the initial one) that has performed well for me with the exception of occasional Bluetooth driver burp. In the past I've been able to restore functionality by reinstalling the driver, doing a system restore, etc.

Trouble is, this time, I've run into a brick wall.

Last night I got an alert from the Dell Update daemon that they were installing an update.

This morning everything was working fine and then blink, no more bluetooth mouse. Cycling power on the mouse did nothing and a quick check indicated no Bluetooth device listing in Settings->Devices.

I've downloaded the Intel bluetooth drivers from the Dell website and initially did a repair, and then when that didn't work a removal and then installation. No luck. I've also done a

Restarting the laptop doesn't change anything. No bluetooth.

Looking in the Device Manager, there is no listing for any Bluetooth devices.

Any ideas?

Bluetooth is not working xps 13

Unfortunately none of those steps worked for me. My bluetooth was last working yesterday. I have not made any significant changes since after the last time it worked, though earlier in the week I added an additional monitor, webcam (not bluetooth) and connected
to a new bluetooth headset. I currently have Microsoft Windows 10 Education version 10.0.17134 Build 17134 on a Dell XPS 13 9360.

According to Dell's official Windows 10 Creators Update page, the Dell xps 13 9333 is not listed as tested:

You can try a manual upgraded as suggested in my previous reply using the ISO in addition to the 12 steps before upgrading.
