Windows 10: accidentaly deleted file from bitlocker drive, file can be recover but cannot be open or access

hi alli accidentaly deleted file from bitlocker drive, and i try recover file , then file is success to recover and i get the file back but cannot open it . irecover it with open this drive from other pc and access it with recovery key, and i also tried to decrypt the drive first then recover but still same as previously its because file still encrypt with bitlocker ? if yes how i can decrypt or do it something to get access for fileneed advice for this problem,thanks

Does not work on a windows pc which is what the OP probably intended

windows by default does not have HFS and HFS+ based hard drives.
Able to perform retrieval on both HFS and HFS+ based hard drives. and so will not work with windows

Help with file recovery

I tried Recover my Files and EASEUS and both were not able to recover the drive because it is bitlocker encrypted data.
