Windows 10: Accidently deleted something in windows hello face setting

I was checking settings of my newly bought laptop with windows 10 home. I accidently uninstalled a setting or maybe was a feature namely windows hello face(don't remember rest of it)... I went on that page through a notification saying that something(i don't remember exactly) cannot be updated because i was on metered connection. Settings on the page were US english, text-to-speech, handwriting recognition etc. and the size of all were also written in front of them. This was all the detail. What can I do so that whatever related to windows hello I uninstalled comes back so it won't create any problem in the future.

A regular webcam will not work with Windows Hello. Windows 10 features Windows Hello, which provides new ways to authentication using biometrics including facial recognition.

I suggest you to try the below steps to setup Windows Hello Face Recognition and check if it helps.

    Open up "Settings" and click on "Accounts," then "Sign-in options."

    You need to set up a PIN code before you're allowed to use Windows Hello. So hit the "Add" button under "PIN" to set that up. Once you've done that the options to set up Windows Hello will unlock.

    You'll now see which options are available to set up under Windows Hello, Since we're looking at facial unlock you'll see an option for "Face." Click on "Set Up."

    The next screen will give you a little background on what Windows Hello is. Click on "Get started".

    The next step could happen incredibly quickly. Position yourself so your face is in the center of the frame that appears on screen. The camera will then do what it needs to do to register your face.

    Now, when you go back to Settings you'll have the option again to improve recognition, remove your face, a toggle to turn on unlocking your PC when it sees your face and an added security option that will require you to turn your head

Remove old fingerprint/face from deleted account

Hi,

Windows is specifically configured to keep Windows Hello biometric data secure and hard to tamper with. The data is kept locally on the device and in the event that the associated account is deleted, we suggest using a different finger to setup Windows Hello
again. Just to confirm, have you already tried using the fingerprint from a different finger?

In case you're still unable to set up Windows Hello using a different fingerprint, follow these steps to delete the data:

• Click Start.
• Type Services and select it from the list of results.
• Right-click the Windows Biometrics Service from the list and click
  Stop.
• Open File Explorer.
• Navigate to this location: C:\Windows\System32\WinBioDatabase.
• Delete all the .DAT files in the folder. If you can't see anything in the folder, click the
  View tab in File Explorer and check Hidden Items.
• After deleting the .DAT files, try setting up Windows Hello again.
