Windows 10: Accidently did something to text on my computer and now cant get it back

Hello, I have a HP laptop 15S-eq1xxx , Windows 11. its about 4 years old. I must say I am not computer literate. Storage on my computer is not full 78 GB of 118 GB however my fan runs constantly as im typing this now. I investigated and i have very high CPU. No idea why this is. Yesterday i did something to the text on my computer in Task Manager or some other setting, in an attempt to lower high CPU however i cannot remember what I did memory problems.Basically the text is no longer smooth. Looks like the 1990s or somethingI would appreciate if anyone could tell me how to get this back

To enable text suggestion on your Lumia 640, you may follow these steps:

1. Go to Settings under your App list.

2. Search for Keyboard.

3. Tap the keyboard you're using to make changes.

4. Check the checkbox for "Suggest text".

• Do not translate the IDS_ strings, only what's inside the "s
• \n is a newline character that acts like "return" is pressed. so text\n\ntext2 adds a blank line between "text" and "text2"
• %s is replaced by some inserted text, you may move the %s to other positions within the text, but if multiple %s are present they will be inserted in the same order in all languages

Are there are any shortcuts/hotkeys to

• loop though text suggestions
• insert the text suggestion
