Windows 10: Account acces denied

Hi, i had installed win11 after cleaning all hd of my laptop lenovo Thinkpad. When i search to acced to my microsoft account, all is ok till i try to insert second time the psw. In this case, win say that psw is no correct....Naturally psw is the same...Thank for help. Pietro

Hello, since iI have a problem with outlook and try to solve it I notist by all outlook and Microsoft pages the warning ; acces denied, I have a legal Windows 7 so,whats the problem?

 

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

 

net user administrator /active:no keeps saying access denied.

It's possible that you're not using an elevated command prompt, causing the Access Denied error. We suggest following these steps to properly disable the built-in administrator account:

• Right-click the Start button.
• Choose Command Prompt (Admin).
• Copy and paste net user Administrator /active:no and press
  Enter. If the command isn't successful, please post a screenshot so that we can study it further.

Let us know if you're able to hide the administrator account after following these steps.
