Windows 10: Account Age

Microsoft believes I'm younger than I actually am, I was born in 2008, and my Microsoft account is telling me that I was born in 2016.I cannot change my age to be older, as when I go to change my setting it does not allow me.I have attempted the steps on Microsoft support, which did not work.I am stuck in this family group, which I gave ownership to an alt email account in the hopes that it would allow me to remove myself from the family group.That did not work either, saying that I need the adult which gave me consent to remove me from the family. I then added the previous owner of the family

Age Of Empires The Age Of Kings Multiplayer Crash

This issue might happen if the Windows Firewall is blocking the game from connecting to the LAN.

I suggest you to add the Age of Empires the Age of Kings, to the exception list of the Windows Firewall and check if the issue is resolved.

Follow the steps below.

  Press Windows key + X key and select
  Control Panel.
  
• 
  Click on View by in the top right panel and select Small Icons.
  
• 
  Find and click on Windows Firewall.
  
• 
  Click on Allow an app or feature through Windows Firewall in the left panel.
  
• 
  Click on Change Settings, find and check the Age of Empires the Age of Kings box for both
  Public and Private Columns.
  
• 
  If Age of Empires the Age of Kings is not listed, then click on
  Add and select the installed path of the game.

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

 

Windows store hides preview images for age reasons even though my account's birth year is over 30 years old.

• Press Win+R keys to open the Run dialog.
• Type WSReset.exe and click OK.

The WSReset tool will reset the Windows Store without deleting installed apps.
