Windows 10: Account being locked for no reason

I registered my microsoft account on yesterday 3 Oct 2023 using my company email just for setup of using this Microsoft Surface. My account is then locked and reported to be "Your account has been lockedWe've detected some activity that violates our Microsoft Services Agreement and have locked your account."I dont just feel like it is ridiculous as I have done nothing and also I wanted help from Microsoft and it asks me to login to get to chat to their CS.I was so reluctant to use my mobile number to get the code to fix it but then I have no choice. Anyone figured out any solution

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

Steve, All you need is a Windows 10 installation USB in order to use the procedure given in post #2. If you do not have one of them then you will need to take your computer to somebody who does. The procedure does not entail any use of the MSAccount reset / old mobile number / email reset. Denis
