Windows 10: Account blocked

I have an account that I set up years ago for my laptop. I used it yesterday and the laptop went into sleep mode. I started the laptop up today and went to login to be met with a message to say PC Offline login with details. I have tried to access the Microsoft account via the internet and it's telling me that the account has been blocked due to the incorrect password being entered too many times. This isn't true! I set up the account so long ago that when I now try and reset the password it's telling me I have the wrong details. What do I do now, I can't access my laptop with all my photos an

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

• Log in to https://familysafety.microsoft.com/ using your Microsoft Email account.
• Find the user that is correspond to the computer account on the Windows that you are having issue with.
• Click on "App Restrictions".
• Under App Restrictions, click on "App list".
• Here, you can Allow or Block the Apps/Games that you want.
