Windows 10: Account Compromisation via rambler.ru Hacking Attack

Hello Mods and Community;My old Account, connected to the EMail Address "*** Email address is removed for privacy ***" has been compromised seemingly by a rambler.ru user.If there is a possibility to recover my old account, I would be grateful for any information. The offending account is registered as "*** Email address is removed for privacy ***".
