    Account is Locked Out and Nothing Seems to be Working


    I am setting up a new PC and am having the following issue: When I start the computer, despite having logged into my Microsoft account last night, I'm shown the Desktop account with a normal sign in button. Upon pressing "Sign In" I am given the message "The referenced account is currently locked out and may not be logged on to." There are no other account options. I have tried to restart the computer, I entered troubleshooting mode, have been unsuccessful in trying to start in safe mode, and have tried entering a user and administrator password in the bios menu.As for the leadup to the proble
