Windows 10: Account isn't recognized when I try to log in, but i also cant create a new one.

I tried to log in to my account recently and was given the message "Try entering your Microsoft account again. We don't recognize this one." I double checked the email was correct and it wasn't misspelled it wasn't. I then went to create a new account to see if my account had been deleted somehow, but when I tried with the same email, I got the message, "--------------@gmail.com is already a Microsoft account. Please try a different email address." I don't know what to do since I apparently have Schrodinger's account that both exists and doesn't exist at the same time.

Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.

Am unable to create a new user. Accounts -> Add someone else to this PC options is not working to create a new account.

Do not worry we will help you with this issue.

Try few of the troubleshooting steps below and check if it helps.

I suggest you to sign out from the current user account, restart the computer, sign-in and check with the status of this issue. As this might be a temporary issue.

Follow the below steps to create a new user account:

• Press Windows + X keys from the keyboard, click on
  Control Panel.
• Select User Accounts, click on Manage another account.
• Select Add a new user in PC settings, click on
  Add someone else to this PC and follow onscreen instructions.
