Filling forms using Explorer 11`

  What is the website address of the form you are trying to fill?
  
• 
  Is the issue only confined with a particular website?
  

I would suggest you to try the following steps and check.

• Click on Start and then type inetcpl.cpl in the startup search box and press enter.
• Click on Content tab.
• Now go to Auto Complete section.
• Now click on Settings.
• Under user Auto complete for
• Check the box for Address bar, browsing history, favorites, feeds, Use Windows search for better result.
• Click on Ok and Apply.
• Restart the Internet Explorer and it should work.

Resetting child account log in

Welcome to Microsoft Community.

I understand that you are currently locked out of your Microsoft account, but the reset failed.



Typically Microsoft accounts are locked and require you to fill out a form to verify information. If the information you fill out does not meet the unlock criteria for that account, you will not be able to unlock it.



I want to help you as much as I can, but in order to prevent theft of user information, the process of locking and unlocking a Microsoft account is automated by the system and I do not have access to it. Therefore I am unable to directly assist you in unlocking your account.



I would suggest trying to fill out the form again or registering your child for a new Microsoft account.



I understand the inconvenience this issue has caused you and I will take this issue through internal channels and hope that in the future the locking and unlocking policies of Microsoft accounts will be further optimised to protect user information while reducing the inconvenience caused to users.
