Windows 10: Account login issue

Hey all, Whenever I start my Windows 11 laptop, I have the option to log into my account and everything goes well. However, when I sign in, I don't actually end up in my account with my wallpaper and files in them. I have to log into everything and open all of my apps for the "first time" as if I'm on a new account. The "Accounts" tab in my settings is just entirely blank and I can't do anything there. I've also tried to click on the Windows button and access my account settings via there, but when I click on my name nothing shows up and it stays blank. This problem originally started when I d

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.

I suggest you to provide some information to help you better.

• Did you make any changes prior to the issue?
• Did you try with only safe mode or safe mode with networking?
• What is the critical error you are getting?

If you are using Windows 10. To go to safe mode you have to follow the below steps.

If you are able to go to login screen in normal mode try the below steps to go to safe mode with networking and check if the issue persists.

  At the login screen click on the power symbol.
  
• 
  Hold SHIFT + Click Restart.
  
• 
  After restarting your system, select the Troubleshoot option.
  
• 
  Select advanced options under
  Troubleshoot screen.
  
• 
  Click on Startup Settings.
  
• 
  Click Restart and follow the onscreen steps to go to
  Safe Mode with networking and check if you are able to login.
  
• 
  If it logs in Create a new user account and link the Microsoft account and check if the issue persists.

Random account appeared on login to my computer

I suggest you to try the below steps to remove the user account from your computer.

• 
  Login to your computer through administrator account.
  
• 
  Press Windows key + r and type
  netplwiz, hit Enter.
  
• 
  Select the user account, you want to remove.
  
• 
  Click on the Remove button.
