Windows 10: Account login not possible for MS Office.

Account login not possible for MS Office. Purchased a New Laptop and its Urgent.When trying to login, it says Account Locked. In the first place not sure why the account is locked.Later when i give the Phone number, it just jumps out of the screen with no reason saying to try other fix. Why your support system is taking me rounds for an unknown issue.Build your support system to identify the issue and later suggest the solution to fix it. Thats it.ITS A NEW LAPTOP.

Login not accepted for my MS Account

Let me explain, again, what I have experienced:

• I use my MS account to unlock this computer. No problem doing that
• I attempted to use other apps requiring the MS login, like Outlook, or even this forum, and it would not accept the very same credentials I used to unlock the computer
• I used my wife's MS account to login to this forum so that I could seek help
• I have tried resetting my MS account twice, and that did not work either.

I would appreciate suggestions OTHER than wha I have already tried

 

Switching login account from MS Live to MS Office

Hello!

We just got brand new laptops with Windows 10. As I used to have MS Office 2013 and this MS Live account - I logged in as a primary user with my MS Live Account.

Later on, we all purchased MS Office 365, where now I have another user account.

How can make that MS Office 365 primary login account for my laptop, because when I go to Settings -> Accounts -> Your account information there is no option to add or switch MS accounts?

 

Unable to finish change of primary (login) email to MS account

I have personal MS account without Office 365 and other pair services. Only for Windows logins. I had old email "A" and now i have new email "B".

So i changed email address:

• add new contact email "B"
  
• set "B" as primary alias
  
• deleted "A"
  

So i now see only primary alias address "B" and my phone number under contacts (login aliases) in my account administration. On that screen there is nothing about old "A" address now.

But! When i go to some MS login (one drive, MS online account, ..) i enter "B" as login and it is recognized well. BUT - instead of password input some "verification code" is sent to old address "A" - BUG!

Side note: it is lucky that old "A" email is still working for me.

I am totally lost in neverending FAQs and no way how to fix it. Please help me how to eliminate old "A" email address as contact and login address.
