Windows 10: Account of my son was highjacked

In my Microsoft Family Safety app I saw that the Microsoft account of my son has a new and unknown email adress. My son showed me mails from Microsoft security that some first changed password, second changed the primary alias and third kicked his email adress out of the account.How could we get his account back?

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:
