Windows 10: Account randomly deleted

I was trying to download amazon prime video for windows on my pc through the microsoft store but when i went to download it it asked me to log in so like any other person. I logged in and then it told me that my email does not exist. I purchased minecraft and now i will have to buy it again. Ive already made a new account with the same email but was there a way to fix this?

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

Deleted account keeps reappearing
