    Account Recovery Doesn't Work and I can't talk to anyone on Recovering an Account


    This is long shot. My father's Outlook account is locked out and he didn't set up the recovery text # with a cell phone or set up a 2 form authentication. Plus he never sent an email from his Outlook account. He only used it to log into his Dell desktop so that portion of the recovery form doesn't work either the questions about email addresses sent from that Outlook account or subject lines of emails. Basically I'm stuck. MS doesn't have any chat or live person to talk to and I'm dead in the water. What a value to spend money on a 365 account and have no way to speak or chat online wi

    I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

    I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

    Account recovery.

    I need help.
    While ago the TPU forum database was hacked as you know and all members had to renew their passwords. The problem is that the email address I was registered with I no longer use (it was hacked too ) so I can`t recover my password.
    Account is r9 I registered new account just to seek for help.
    So help please!
