Windows 10: Account reset when Recovery Form isn't accepted?

Hi, I've set up an Outlook account for my young daughter and have successfully added her to my family along with account for elder daughter, but that account works fine. However. when I try to log into Windows to test her account, the password is not accepted, nor if I try to log into the online Microsoft Account. I can only presume I've managed to forget / mistype the password. I follow the MS Support articles and have competed the Account Recovery Form numerous times to no avail. I get a fail notification email and am asked to resubmit a new form. I'm stuck in a loop. What can I do to get

Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.
