Windows 10: "Account restrictions are preventing this user from signing in" when trying to access passwords

I am trying to view my passwords in Microsoft Edge. It asks me to enter my computer pin and when I do I get this error message. "Account restrictions are preventing this user from signing in."How do I update my account to disable any restrictions?

When you can sign in, open a Command Prompt (Admin). To see the login hours restrictions on a local account, type the command net user username (replace 'username' with the local account's name). To remove the restrictions, use the command net user username /times:all

A long time ago my computer had an account sign-in time restriction. I did not set it up, but I believe it was related to windows family. I am trying to remove it now, however, I am not sure what the source of the error "Account Restrictions Prevent You From Signing In At This Time" comes from.

I found no trace of me being connected to windows family, and I am the administrator on this computer. I am signed into a local account on the system.

Any guidance to help me remove this lingering sign-in time restriction would be great.

How do I restrict access to REGEDIT to regular User?

You should be able to change the enforcement policy to users only

Policy Enforcement Options

There are two policy enforcement options that influence the behavior of a software restriction policy. The following options define how software restriction policies are applied for all files, including signed files:

Apply software restriction policies to the following: All files. This option includes dynamic-link libraries (DLLs).

Apply software restriction policies to the following users: All users except local administrators. This option prevents the software restriction policies from applying to local administrators.
