Windows 10: Account says I am administrator, but when saving files says I am not

Hello,


I am attempting to record music and when I try to save the file, it says I do not have authorization and to contact the administrator.


My account states that I am an administrator and I am the only user on this device.


I ran cmd and typed net user administrator/ active:yes and cmd says that I am the administrator now, but the program is still coming up with the same prompt despite both my account and cmd stating that I am the administrator.


Any ideas on how I can fix this?

It's possible that you're not using an elevated command prompt, causing the Access Denied error. We suggest following these steps to properly disable the built-in administrator account:

• Right-click the Start button.
• Choose Command Prompt (Admin).
• Copy and paste net user Administrator /active:no and press
  Enter. If the command isn't successful, please post a screenshot so that we can study it further.

Let us know if you're able to hide the administrator account after following these steps.

 

Is it advisable/useful to have a second (full) Administrator account?


Firstly, I should say that someone suggested this Forum to me and it's one of the most useful things that I have come across on the Internet!
I read somewhere that one way to safeguard your system is to create a second Administrator account in addition to the one that is built-in in Windows, so that should there be a problem with the "original" Administrator account you would use the second one to restore the first one.
If this is indeed advisable, what are the steps to do it? I presume that I should password-protect the second Administrator account.
Would I have the second Administrator account always enabled and the original Administrator account always disabled?

 

I am the only account on my computer, IT SAYS I AM NOT THE SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR HOW DO I CHANGE THAT

I can't save any documents to my computer because it says I need to contact the system administrator although I am listed as the administrator and there are no other accounts on my computer.
