Windows 10: account verify issue

Discus and support account verify issue in Microsoft Windows 10 Store to solve the problem; when i log in to my profile on my computer i get a something needs to be fix which directs me to your info in the settings.     account verify issue


    when i log in to my profile on my computer i get a something needs to be fix which directs me to your info in the settings. Then when i hit verify and try to login it states that my account doesn't exist. Also if i try to login to my onedrive which is personally onedrive same with Microsoft store, but when i login to the website has no problem logging in.


    any help would be much appreciated.

    The two-step verification emails show up in my inbox but I added a rule to mark the domain name safe a long time ago (verified that "techpowerup.com" is still in the safe sender list).

    I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
    To delete an account, follow these steps:
    1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
    2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:
